Shipping Policy

Production & Lead Times

All of our pieces are handcrafted to order in the USA. Please allow 1-2 business weeks for production before your order ships. Custom or personalized orders may require additional lead time; we'll reach out with an estimated completion date after your order is placed.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the size and weight of your order. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves our shop.

Delivery Windows

Once shipped, standard ground delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 2 - 3 weeks for most items.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic (contiguous US) orders. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories may incur additional freight charges — we'll contact you before processing if this applies.

Delays & Damage

We take great care in packaging every piece to arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right. Carrier delays outside our control may occasionally extend delivery windows; we'll keep you updated if your order is affected.
