By purchasing any gun case from Mitchell’s Millworks and Armory LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or use our products.


FIREARM STORAGE AND SAFETY DISCLAIMER

Mitchell’s Millworks and Armory LLC products are decorative concealment and storage cabinets. They are NOT gun safes, fireproof safes, or certified childproof storage devices. Although certain products include an RFID locking mechanism, no locking system is guaranteed to prevent access by children, unauthorized individuals, or determined intruders.

The purchaser is solely responsible for the safe handling, unloading, storage, and security of all firearms, ammunition, and other items placed inside the product. Firearms should be secured with an appropriate firearm-specific locking device, and ammunition should be stored separately when recommended. Products must be properly mounted according to the provided instructions.

The purchaser is responsible for following all federal, state, and local firearm-storage laws. Mitchell’s Millworks and Armory LLC does not guarantee that it’s products satisfy the legal requirements for firearm storage in any particular jurisdiction.

ATF specifically recommends using child-safety locks or other locking mechanisms and keeping firearms in a secure location accessible only to adults.


1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all sales of gun cases manufactured and sold by Mitchell’s Millworks and Armory LLC (“Company”). Our gun cases are made from natural wood and are intended for lawful firearm storage, transport, or display. The company does not sell firearms or ammunition.


2. Compliance and Legal Use

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that use of our products complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding firearm storage and transportation. Our gun cases are intended for unloaded firearms only and are not designed for ammunition or loaded weapons.


3. Orders and Payment

  1. All Orders are subject to acceptance and availability of materials.

  2. Payment in full is required before production or shipment.

  3. All prices are quoted in U.S dollars and are subject to change prior to final payment.

  4. Custom and engraved orders are final sale and non-refundable once production has begun.


4. Shipping and Delivery

  1. Orders ship to valid U.S. addresses only.

  2. Delivery time estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.

  3. Once merchandise is delivered to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the Buyer.

  4. Any visible shipping damage must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery.


5. Returns and Exchanges

  1. Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  2. Buyer must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) prior to shipping any return.

  3. Returns without authorization or received after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

  4. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective.


6. Limited 30-Day Warranty

Our gun cases are handcrafted from natural wood, which responds to humidity, temperature, and moisture.

  1. The Company warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of delivery.

  2. This warranty does not cover:

    • Damage resulting from moisture, humidity, or sunlight

    • Improper use, modification, or storage.

    • Normal wear, scratches, or natural variations in wood color or grain.

3. Remedies under this warranty are limited to repair, replacement, or store credit, at the ……..Company’s discretion.

4. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mitchell’s Millworks and Armory LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of property, personal injury, or business interruption. The Buyer’s sole remedy is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described in Section 6.


8. Intellectual Property

All product designs, photos, descriptions, and related materials are the property of Mitchell’s Millworks and Armory LLC and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written consent.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mobile County, Alabama


10. Updates to These Terms

The company may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available at Mitchellsmillworks.com, and all purchases after the effective date will be subject to the updated Terms.
